The Jewish Home’s Annual Fund fuels the heart and soul of our community’s promise to honor our mothers, fathers and elders, and responds to one of the basic tenets of Judaism, “tzedakah”(righteous giving).

Unrestricted gifts to the Jewish Home enable us to direct funds to the areas of greatest need, and to continue to develop innovative programs to meet current challenges.

Programs such as creative arts, music concerts, Jewish holiday and Shabbat services, and state-of-the art medical equipment would not be possible without the support of our community. With your meaningful support, the Jewish Home will remain that very special place which our community has known and trusted for 137 years.

The following giving levels recognize donors for their cumulative gifts during the fiscal year.

	Builders Circle	$10,000 – $24,999
	Presidents Circle	$5,000 – $9,999
	Gold Circle	$2,500 – $4,999
	Silver Circle	$1,000 – $2,499
	Honor Circle	$500 – $999
	Mitzvah Circle	$100 – $499
	Chai Circle	$1 – $99

All donors who give $1,000 or more to the Annual Fund receive distinctive benefits, such as executive updates, invitations to special events, and expert briefings. Their names are also listed on the donor walls that grace our various buildings’ lobbies.

Tributes

Exquisite cards, featuring artwork created by Jewish Home residents, announce tributes made in memory or in honor of special individuals or occasions.

With a donation of $100 or more, the honoree’s name, along with the donor’s name, are inscribed in the Home’s Tribute Book, which is housed in a glass case just off our entrance lobby.

Tree of Life

With a gift of $1,800 your tribute will be engraved on one of the beautiful bronze leaves on the Tree of Life located on the wall of the Jewish Home. A special certificate with a copy of the inscription is sent to the honoree or their family, on request.

Birthday Lunch Sponsorship

At the Jewish Home we believe age is a gift. Join in the celebration! Once a month, the Home hosts a luncheon honoring all residents celebrating birthdays that month. Happiness and warmth surround residents and guests when the huge birthday cake is carried into the dining room and everyone sings “Happy Birthday.” Donors making a $500 commitment can host one of these joyous events, ensuring that our residents will celebrate their special days in style.
